I Gave Up Hope
I gave up hope –
Feel so much better;
No longer nested
In future illusion.
Now I explore each moment,
Described as uncertain,
Vibrant still-touch damp,
Emerging on canvas;
Time slows as on command,
Reaches within no-space,
Lingers for eternity –
Relieved from hope-anxiety.
I gave up hope –
