If I could paint,
I’d walk across
The aqua sea,
Step over ripple waves,
Allow cerise reflection
To dry untouched.
I’d pass cormorants
Dancing tip-toe intricate
Before plunging deep,
Catch welcome on a breeze,
As I’d hasten to this canvas
